All fixed fees listed on this page apply to standard matters heard in the Local Court and are based on the information provided to us at the time of quoting. Fixed fees cover the preparation and court appearance specified for each matter. They do not apply to defended hearings, trials, matters transferred to the District or Supreme Court, or additional court dates outside the defined scope.

Some matters may require work that falls outside a fixed fee, such as obtaining expert reports, subpoena preparation, additional negotiations, or further appearances. If a matter is unsuitable for a fixed fee due to complexity, urgency or unforeseen developments, we will advise you before any additional work is undertaken and provide a clear written cost disclosure in accordance with our professional obligations.

All fees include GST unless otherwise stated. Psychological or psychiatric reports are billed separately by the provider.
